		<description>10/10 abominal pain is a clear and obvious sign of a potentially life threatening problem.  The standard of care is at the minimum a physical exam.  If the exam is worrisome, imaging would be the next step.</description>

		<description>What is a life worth?  In a developing country its $3000 and thats if you are run over by a bus which is insured.    Medical malpractice is all the choice you have and you pay for the priviledge.    You are luckier than you know.</description>

		<description>I wonder if Stanford Medical Center caused Dave Stewart&#039;s mother&#039;s intestinal blockage?  If not, then it seems like the law did exactly what it is intended to do: deter frivious lawsuits resulting from adverse outcomes, not negligence.</description>
