Here is one instance.  The horse race here is &#039;will a deal get done?&#039;.  So, much is made of &#039;big obstacle&#039; from a horse race point of view.  Yet, those of us reading remain in the dark about why the regulator might take a stance until the very end of the article -- and only then if we actually read to the end.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;This is shoddy journalism.</description>
