Recently, the local paper in these parts reported on what folks were going to do with their rebate checks. Two out of five of those asked were planning on getting a tatoo.<br/><br/>Tatoos do not demand huge infrastructure with regard to exports. They do demand an innovation allowing US based tatoo-ers to tatoo non-US based customers. But, hey, isn't that just a matter of Yankee ingenuity? I’m guessing these numbers do not count tatoos.
