		<description>I can&#039;t tell you how exited I am that for the first time in more than ten years my savings account is earning interest faster than house prices are appreciating. There have been times when house prices were going up by more than 10% in a quarter while the best savings or (non-risky) investments were earning significantly less than that in a full year.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;As long as there&#039;s still a functioning economy to employ me when this is all over I might eventually be able to buy a home.</description>
