		<description>The 10 billion fund is so risky that &#039;Ole Bob down in san diego would probably have passed on it when he managed the pension funds.The mezzanine deal is just unbelievable! $20 Billion! most rocks are too intelligent to buy this deal,can you say 75% loss, if things go well?</description>

The investors get the risks, with some marginal reward in rates, unless things turn sour....&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Why does anyone invest their money with investment banks?
